Your evening begins with garlic shrimp served atop crisp crostini, paired with sparkling Tutela Prosecco.
Next, savor a refreshing prosciutto and fresh melon salad drizzled with white and dark balsamic, accompanied by Bindo Toscana Bianco.
The experience continues with creamy risotto topped with a seared sea scallop, brightened with lemon and peas, paired with a rich Gran Passione Rosso.
For the main course, enjoy Peposo Toscano, a traditional Tuscan peppered beef dish, slow-braised until tender and served over creamy polenta, complemented by the elegance of Albe Barolo.
