Class will be held Thursdays from 11am-12pm. I will offer Vinyasa with a long meditative sivasana (complete with oils and the adjustments you love).
Classes will be $25 each, and for February, bring a friend for free! (Friends offer good for first time students only) Join me in a beautiful ocean-view location at the Angling club.
BYO Mat, blocks supplied. Enter at the side door next to the Sailing Club.
