Ocean Flow has been months (maybe even years) in the making, and I am SO excited to finally share it with you!
With a degree in Marine Biology, a lifelong love for the ocean, and being a Pisces ♓️ (maybe my connection to water was written in the stars!), I’ve always felt most at peace near the water.
The ocean has a way of making me feel calm, grounded, and connected to nature. 🌊 There’s even a concept called Blue Mind Theory, which explores the calming and restorative effects of being near, in, or around water.
I’ve always dreamed of bringing that feeling into my yoga practice and sharing it with others.

Imagine flowing through gentle, mindful movement while dolphins swim around you, whales glide through the deep blue, and sea turtles explore vibrant coral reefs. 🐬🐋🐢
