Join Dana Damara for a beautiful morning of yoga, sound healing, ocean air, and community on the bluff at Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas.
This will kick off the final series of classes in Encinitas with Dana, so come roll out your mat and enjoy a grounding, soulful practice to start your day
The class is open to all levels and will blend mindful movement, breath, and sound, creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply be present. No experience is necessary. Just bring your mat and yourself.
