This November, Oakland Avenue is hosting three Chef Listening Tables for Detroit cooks, growers and food makers. The point is to hear from the people who would use a future kitchen before anything gets built. The Making Table is for cottage-food makers, sauce and spice-blend makers, bakers, and the home and church-kitchen cooks people line up for. We'll talk licensing, kitchen access, packaging and labels, and where you want your product sold. It's a free meal and two hours of listening.
THIS TABLE IS BY INVITATION, WITH ABOUT 11 SEATS. Clicking "Going" here doesn't reserve a seat. To be considered, nominate a maker, or yourself, by Fri, Nov 6: forms.gle/9YaNdRhxFsctcPXz7
