Understanding Life in Care Through Diversity – October 2026 Conference
Following the overwhelming success of our March 2026 conference, we are excited to announce our upcoming event: Understanding Life in Care Through Diversity, taking place in October 2026.
Our March gathering brought together professionals, caregivers, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to explore innovative approaches to care. The energy, insights, and collaboration that emerged set a strong foundation for continuing these essential conversations.
The October 2026 conference will build on that momentum. This year’s theme—Understanding Life in Care Through Diversity—highlights the need to recognize, respect, and celebrate the varied experiences of people within care environments. Diversity in care encompasses culture, identity, age, ability, background, and the many personal stories that shape how individuals experience support. By embracing these differences, we can create more responsive, inclusive, and compassionate care systems.
Participants can expect:
- Engaging keynote speakers sharing lived experience and expert perspectives
- Interactive workshops focused on inclusive care practices
- Discussions around co-production, representation, and equitable support
- Opportunities for networking and collaboration across sectors
This conference aims not only to broaden our understanding but also to inspire actionable change. Together, we can continue building a care landscape where every experience is seen, every voice is valued, and every individual is supported to thrive.
We look forward to welcoming you in October 2026.
A 2 course buffet lunch will be provided. Upon booking your tickets, please ensure you advise us of any dietary requirments you may have! Thank you
