NYC Salt: The Next Generation of Visual Storytellers

Alicia Hansen, photographer and founder and CEO of NYC Salt, discusses the mission and impact of the nonprofit arts organization. Founded by Hansen in 2005 as an after-school program in Washington Heights, NYC Salt engages, inspires, and empowers New York City youth through photography instruction, mentorship, and college-preparatory guidance.
