About this Event
Meet the makers behind Catalyst for Conversation. Anneli Tammik, Agathe Saint Girons, Lucie Houdková, and Arouge will attend the opening of Wearable Art Museum’s exhibition, celebrating the expressive possibilities of jewelry during NYC Jewelry Week.
Curated by Lisa M. Berman, the exhibition brings together eleven artists and design practices whose work gives personal stories a wearable form. Explore the pieces with their makers and discover the ideas, materials, and techniques behind them.
The exhibition also features jewelry by Roman Matouš and Lorena Jarpa from Max Alexander’s fashion show at the Palais Garnier in Paris, alongside work by Andrea Ortiz, 2Roses, Marc Cohen, and Ellina Pollitt. Works are available for purchase.
Visit the exhibition: November 16–22
Monday–Saturday, 11 AM–6 PM; Sunday, 11 AM–5 PM.
