New York City is full of awesome events that orbit the Burning Man scene — they’re not Burns, but they’ve got strong burner energy, and they rely on the same kind of community spirit to make the magic happen.At this week’s Happy Hour, we’ll be diving into one of those events: Dance Parade New York! It’s a vibrant, joyful street parade and festival that celebrates the full spectrum of dance — from ballet to breakdancing, salsa to swing. This year, it’s happening on Saturday, May 16, 2025.
We’ll be chatting about all the ways you can get involved, especially through volunteering. It’s a great chance to contribute, connect, and maybe even show off a few moves of your own.
