The NWT Association of Communities is very pleased to announce that in collaboration with MACA’s School of Community Government we are offering the Chiefs & Mayors Bootcamp!
You will network with other Chiefs and Mayors, reflect on the challenges and opportunities in your community, and explore ways to foster relationships with Council and your SAO or Band Manager.
WHO: All NWT Chiefs and Mayors ONLY
WHEN: Wednesday, February 26, 2025 , 9 am to 5 pm. This workshop ties in with the NWTAC Annual General Meeting, happening Feb. 27-Mar. 1.
WHERE: Chateau Nova Hotel, Yellowknife
COSTS: We are currently working on securing funding for the Mayors and Chiefs Bootcamp. This will be announced shortly.
HOTEL & FLIGHTS: Mayors and Chiefs are responsible for booking their own rooms and transportation. NWTAC has secured rooms at the Chateau Nova Hotel for your convenience.
Make sure you register for the NWTAC AGM as well! For the AGM you must complete a separate registration at the Members Registration Page.
