Throughout our lives, we carry many roles: mother, daughter, partner, caregiver, leader, friend, and countless others. But beneath all those expectations, responsibilities, and identities, who are we?
Join us for our next as we explore the woman beneath the roles through the wisdom of "Hel", the Norse Goddess associated with the realm of the dead and the mysteries of endings and transitions.
During our circle, we will experience:
• Exploring the roles we carry and the expectations placed upon us
• Learning about Hel and the symbolism of thresholds and transformation
• A guided journey to meet Hel and discover the woman beneath our roles
• Journaling, reflection, and optional sharing
**We are more than what we do for others. We are more than the titles we carry. And we are worthy of being known simply for who we are.**
No previous experience is necessary. All spiritual paths are welcome.
Please bring A journal, pen, water, and an open heart.
