You care about what you’re building in your life and work. But you also care about how you’re building it and who you’re surrounded by along the way.
Connect + Elevate is Nova’s monthly gathering in Schaumburg for women and non-binary seasoned professionals who want something a little different from traditional networking.
No working the room. No collecting contacts. No pressure to have the perfect answer to “So, what do you do?”
Instead, you’ll spend the morning having real conversations with people who care about their work, their lives, and the kind of connections they’re building along the way.
Our NW Chicagoland Constellation is currently a small, intimate community, which gives us the chance to really get to know one another and build connections that go beyond an event.
DECEMBER: LEGACY AND LASTING IMPACT
As the year comes to a close, it’s natural to start thinking about everything we’ve accomplished, what we didn’t get to, and what we want to do differently next year.
But what if we looked beyond the goals, milestones, and achievements for a moment?
What if we asked ourselves a different question?
Am I creating a life that actually reflects what matters most to me?
Because legacy isn’t just something we leave behind someday.
It’s being shaped right now. In the decisions we make, the relationships we nurture, the work we do, and the way we choose to show up in our everyday lives.
That brings us to December’s theme: Legacy and Lasting Impact.
This month, we’re exploring what it means to create an impact that goes beyond what we accomplish.
The values we want to live by. The difference we want to make in our communities. The way we want people to feel after spending time with us.
And whether the life we’re building today reflects the things we say matter most.
Not as another exercise in setting bigger goals for next year, but as an opportunity to reflect on what we want our work, relationships, and everyday choices to stand for.
THE EXPERIENCE

We’ll begin with guided conversation around this month’s theme.
Not awkward icebreakers or surface-level networking. Just intentional prompts and real conversation designed to help you actually get to know the women in the room.
We’ll talk about our relationships with success, the pressure to keep doing more, and what it might look like to create lives and careers that support us as much as we support them.
You’ll leave knowing a few more people than you did when you walked in and, hopefully, with a few conversations you genuinely want to continue.

Work-Life Integration for a Radiant Business
Led by Erin Attere, a life coach, speaker, and founder of The Radiant Life Collective
A conversation on building a business that supports your life instead of draining it. Erin guides high-achieving, big-hearted women back to joy, presence, and purpose, and she’ll share how to bring that same alignment into the way you work and lead.
