Nutrition 101: Eat Well, Balance Your Weight, Age Stronger is a practical, evidence-based session that teaches the essential foundations of good nutrition—the habits that genuinely support well-being from your mid-30s onward and beyond.
Across this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how food influences energy, cravings, mood and long-term health, and you’ll leave with simple tools you can start using straight away.

  • Blood sugar regulation and why it underpins stable energy, cravings, sleep and overall wellbeing
  • The core food groups — what they do, how to use them, and common misconceptions

Hi — I’m Susanna Fall (BANT-CNHC, Pharmacist – GPhC).

As a UK-registered Nutritional Therapist and Pharmacist, I specialise in eating disorders, emotional eating, disordered eating and weight management. I combine clinical knowledge with a compassionate, understanding approach, helping people build a healthier relationship with food — free from guilt, fad diets or restriction.

I work with clients both online and in person in Balham and central London, offering tailored nutrition support that leads to real, sustainable change.
