Nurturing New Beginnings — A Maternal Support Workshop is designed to support pregnant and postpartum women through education, practical skills, resources, and community partnerships.* Date: Tuesday, November 10, 2026

* Who can attend: Military families, young parents, local community members — all are welcome

Participants will learn about physical changes during pregnancy, cravings and pregnancy timelines, newborn care, diaper changing, swaddling, holding, visual development, postpartum depression, anxiety, stress management, birth plans, pain-management options, choosing advocates, hospital-bag preparation, breastfeeding/lactation support, and community resources.
The workshop is presented by Little Blessings Baby Pantry in partnership with Army Community Service (ACS) — New Parent Support Program and sponsored by The Dream Foundation Unlimited Inc.
