Nurtured in Nature - Nature connection - Mindful practicesA gentle invitation to slow down, to pause and to connect with others and nature - preventing loneliness and increasing mental health.
Twice a month we will spend a relaxed time together at the Secret Garden in Boscombe — building community, sharing thoughts, chatting, laughing, and creating something beautiful to take home.
Each session will have a different nature-based mindful activity to relax and nurture us.
All Nurtured in Nature events are in cooperation with Grounded Community and all tickets sales will go to this wonderful charity.
