Nurtured Belonging: A Day Yoga Retreat with Tessa
For anyone craving a full day to slow down, turn inward, and return to a sense of belonging, to yourself first, and held in community.
This is an inquiry into our relationship with belonging, inner work held in the presence of others rather than done alone.
Join Tessa for a day-long retreat inside a sun-filled greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing, surrounded by plants and quiet beauty. Nothing about the day is rushed. The transitions between each part are unhurried on purpose, so integration is woven through the day rather than left for after.
This is the kind of full day that feels good, a retreat designed to guide you toward steadiness, to help you notice what's happening while it's happening.
What the day includes:
Vinyasa + Restorative
Two 90-minute practices, closing in a sound experience.
Lunch + Meditation
A nourishing catered lunch and refreshments, followed by guided meditation, self-inquiry, and journaling.
Breathwork + Reflection Circle
Integrating breathwork, then time to speak, to listen, a space to be heard, if you choose to.
