Nurture and Grow Baby Yoga (Younger Babies) - Stourbridge

Relax, connect and grow together through our Nurture and Grow Baby Yoga programme, fully funded by the Best Start for Life and the Family Hub Network.
This session is best suited for babies aged 8 weeks to 6 months. Please let us know prior to booking if you or your baby have any health or medical issues which may affect your participation.
We will be taking part in gentle movement and stretches, bonding activities, singing, playing and making crafts for you to take home. Come and spend a little while with us, just you and your little one.
