About this Event
The Little Sisters of Hoboken are here to make your holiday season merry and bright! Join the nuns you love, Father Virgil, and four Mount St. Helens students for Nuncrackers: The Nunsense Christmas Musical at The Matthews Opera House & Arts Center.
In this wacky holiday comedy, the sisters present their first TV special from the Cable Access Studio Reverend Mother built in the convent basement. Expect all-new songs—including “Twelve Days Prior to Christmas,” “Santa Ain’t Comin’ to Our House,” “We Three Kings of Orient Are Us,” and “It’s Better to Give than to Receive”—along with favorite carols and plenty of Nunsense humor. It’s a festive mix of toe-tapping fun, laughter, and heart.
Performances are Dec. 4–6 and Dec. 11–13, 2026. Choose a performance and celebrate the season with Nuncrackers at The Matthews.
