At the end of this month, we’re starting NRGVB LABs which are semi-private volleyball training to help players develop their skills. Our goal is to start with at least one per season and then eventually once a month subject to gym availability.Active league players - those who are on a paid team this season - can enjoy a discount as part of league perks. In addition to training, we will have Open Gym (also FREE to current league players) on the other court for anyone who would like more practice.
Training and Open Gyms are separate sessions with different registration links (choose one or the other). Space is limited, so make sure you register asap!
