NRA Basic Shotgun Shell Reloading - Classroom

An Instructor-led course describing the fundamental shotgun shell reloading equipment, process, and requirements.
About this Event

The NRA Basic Shotgun Shell Reloading Course teaches students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to safely reload shotgun shells. This course is approximately 8-hrs in length and is conducted in a classroom. Each student is taught how to reload safety; which casings (hulls) to use, how to interpret load data using a reloading manual, proper equipment required, and the shot-shell casing reloading process.

Topics to be covered include:

• Shotgun shell reloading safety

• Shotgun shell components

• Using the reloading manual and reloading data

• Reloading equipment

• The shotgun shell reloading process
