Join us for the special Nowzad VIP Film screening of 'Unbreakable', with additional film footage of our Ukrainian 'Horse Paradise Sanctuary' partnership.
We are delighted to announce that our Q&A with Pen Farthing will also be joined by the wonderful Peter Egan, our patron and renowned actor, together with Andrew Telling, film Director and founder of Orange Planet Pictures.
The Woods at Oakley is a unique outdoor venue set in picturesque woodland.
Arrival drink & Canapés: Guests will be welcomed on arrival with a glass of fizz (non-alcoholic alternative available), followed by a selection of warm canapés.
There will be a chance to mingle with Pen, Peter and Andrew, before taking your seats to watch the screening of our latest film, featuring Peter Egan in his true life animal welfare advocate role.
Popcorn will be served, followed by another short film about our horse rescue project, and also a summary of our ongoing work in Afghanistan. Have your questions at the ready for the Q&A session with Pen, Peter and Andrew, and keep the conversation flowing with time to enjoy drinks at the cool horsebox bar afterwards.
Goody bag included with your ticket, and the chance to have a cuddle and selfie with some rescued donkeys too.
In case of chilly or wet weather, blankets and overhead cover will be provided.
Nowzad merchandise and book signing: This will also be a great opportunity to start your Christmas shopping early with our range of Nowzad merchandise available, and why not purchase one of our books too and have it signed by the author Pen.
