Sound Healing Journey - Honoring Those Who Came BeforeNovember invites us into a sacred season of remembrance, reflection, and connection. Inspired by the traditions surrounding Día de los Muertos — Day of the Dead, this month’s Sound Healing Journey honors the lives, love, and wisdom of those who came before us.
Allow the resonant vibrations of gong, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and other healing instruments to guide you into a deeply meditative space where you can quiet the mind, open the heart, and reflect on the connections that continue beyond physical presence.
Come as you are, settle into stillness, and allow sound to create a sacred space for remembering the past, honoring the present, and carrying love forward.
Date: November 1, 2026
