Join us for the next meeting of the Pooler chapter of the Silent Book Club! Here's how it works: Come in to Grounds of Grace and look for the group of people sitting with their books. At Grounds of Grace we are likely up front, but may have to split up a little. If you get there before me, feel free to have a seat!
* First 30 Minutes *
Come in! Say hello if you like, order a coffee or treat, or just sit and open your book. If you want to skip the socializing or don't want a coffee, you are welcome to wait until after the first 30 minutes are over to arrive. I have also created a printable bookmark that you can use to indicate that you do not want to talk at the meeting. You can find that file here:

* Next Hour *
Silent reading hour! I will simply start reading to indicate that it is time. Read nearby other members or off on your own. If you need to talk, please make sure to step away from the main reading area.
* Last 30 Minutes*
You may keep reading, or you may socialize if you feel inclined. Share book recommendations, swap books, or just chat.

There is no pressure to socialize in any way. If you just want to read, you can definitely do that! This is an introvert's happy place. If you do decide to chat, just remember to be kind and follow group rules.
