A THANKSGIVING FEAST! Thanksgiving is all about the traditions, flavors and special moments that bring everyone together around the table. Chef David is celebrating the season with two memorable Recipe Club menus inspired by the best of holiday dining. Whether you're craving a traditional Thanksgiving or a dinner with a festive twist, there's something delicious waiting for you.LUNCH celebrates A Traditional Thanksgiving with Roast Turkey and Giblet Gravy, accompanied by all the holiday favorites: Apple Sausage Dressing, Yams with Pecans, Carrot Purée and Cranberry Compote. And, of course, no Thanksgiving feast would be complete without Pumpkin Pie topped with Chantilly Cream!
DINNER brings a touch of holiday elegance to the table, beginning with Shrimp à la Mer (Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Stuffed with Crab.) The centerpiece is a beautiful Standing Rib Roast served with Yorkshire Pudding and Sweet Potato Gratin, followed by an indulgent White Chocolate Mousse Cake with Raspberries.
As always, Chef David will share the inspiration and culinary techniques behind each dish through live cooking demonstrations, making Recipe Club as entertaining as it is delicious.
