NEW MOON YOGA + SNACK GATHERING
Join us for a 90-minute New Moon evening at Koko Studio — an hour of yoga followed by simple snacks and time to stay, chat and connect.
The New Moon is a natural point to pause, reset and begin again. Our yoga practice will be dynamic and breath-led, inspired by the Ashtanga tradition. We’ll move through a strong, mindful sequence while also taking time to slow things down, breathe steadily and create a little space for what comes next.
So this isn’t a slow or restorative yoga class — you’ll still move, build strength and work with the whole body — but the practice is designed to leave you feeling clear, grounded and refreshed by the end.
After class, we’ll stay for simple snacks and relaxed conversation.
The group is kept small, and you’re very welcome to come on your own. You don’t need to be experienced or particularly flexible — options will be given throughout the practice, so beginners and different levels can practise together.
