This beautiful evening is lovingly facilitated by Lauren Short, founder of Heart of the Hunter, meditation therapist, yoga and Reiki healer, and wellness mentor.
Through guided meditation, reflection and nurturing practices, Lauren will create space for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, find stillness and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead.
