Women's Council of Realtors Northern Michigan and Aspire North Realtors are happy to collab on our November Luncheon to bring the amazing national speaker, Princess Castleberry. She will be bringing The A.I.M. Experience©, an immersive, hands-on leadership experience designed to strengthen collaboration, improve decision-making, and create alignment around shared goals.Going beyond a traditional presentation, this interactive session incorporates Eliminate Conflict Waste™ to help participants recognize and reduce unnecessary conflict, build trust, and improve communication. Through guided storytelling, hands-on activities, and real-time problem-solving, participants will practice navigating challenging situations using the A.I.M. Canvas©—a structured framework for creating clarity, accountability, and trust when it matters most.
Whether you lead a team, serve on a board or committee, or collaborate with others to achieve shared objectives, this experience will provide practical tools to help you work more effectively together.
