About this Event
Join and Dionna Clemons our Queen B.E.E of the Year for November in Nature: Hike & Connect, a community wellness experience at Rock Creek Park. Together, we’ll step away from the demands of everyday life, enjoy the outdoors, and make space for meaningful conversations and connection.
This is more than a hike. It’s an opportunity to move your body, clear your mind, reconnect with nature, and spend time in community with others who value their well-being.
At ITAVcollab, we believe wellness is community care. And sometimes, caring for ourselves and one another begins with something as simple as taking a walk together.
Whether you’re coming with a friend or showing up on your own, you’re welcome here. Come as you are, enjoy the fresh air, and make space for what fills you up.
We’ll meet at the Nature Center before hiking together to Boulder Bridge.
Experience:
- 5k Community hike through Rock Creek Park.
- Movement and fresh air.
- Opportunities to build community.
- Meaningful conversations.
- A shared experience centered on well-being.
Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes, and be sure to bring water to stay hydrated throughout the event.
All ages are welcomed!
Bring a friend or come ready to meet someone new. Let’s move, connect, and make space for our well-being-together.
You don’t have to plan a big getaway to make time for yourself. Sometimes, a walk, a conversation, and a little time outside are enough to help you feel more connected.
Wellness grows in community. We hope to see you on the trail!
