November Group Hike — Sunday, November 8th at 10:00am.
We’ll meet at Minooka Park Area 1 - Look for the blue, Southern Wisconsin Adventurers flag.
This is open to everyone! We’ll have two groups again, a faster group and a leisurely group.
The hike will be about 3 miles and the faster group will add on about a .5 mile addition around the pond. Afterwards we will meet up at the Family Picnic Area for a Marine Corps Birthday and Veterans Day celebration with cake.
A few things to know before you come:
• The trail is wide with only one good hill to it to allow plenty of socializing.
• This is within a Waukesha County Park, so a park pass or parking fee is required. If you don’t have a pass, they will bill you by your license plate.
• There are restrooms at the beach house/beer garden building - hopefully they won’t be closed for the season.
Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash that is 6’ or less.
