About this Event
Former First Fridays Executive Director Jarrod Wilson will be our speaker at November’s First Fridays.
November is our opportunity to recognize and learn from members of the military community, and Jarrod brings a unique perspective shaped by his military service, professional leadership, and commitment to community.
Jarrod is a Senior Staff Project Manager with AEP’s Competitive Transmission organization, where he leads the development and execution of large-scale electric transmission projects. He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne, a founding contributor to Veterans Connect, and recently served as the volunteer Executive Director of First Fridays Fort Wayne.
Jarrod is passionate about leadership, community development, veteran support, and building partnerships that bring people together around shared goals. We’ll hear from him about the lessons of leadership and service, and how those experiences have shaped his approach to work and community involvement.
Jarrod recently moved for a career opportunity, so we’re especially excited to welcome him back to First Fridays before he begins this next chapter.
Join us November 6 to learn something new, meet someone new, and hear from someone who has dedicated his time to serving both his country and his community.
