ESDA’s world famous clump auction is right around the corner! The November ESDA meeting will be Thursday, November 5, 2026. The meeting room is open at 5:30pm for socializing, with the meeting starting at 6:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Common Room of the Northwest Christian Academy High School located at 4710 Park Center Ave NE, Lacey WA 98516. Please note there is accessible parking available north of the building for easier entry.
The focus of this meeting is the annual clump auction. What is the clump auction? It is an opportunity to expand your dahlia collection in an affordable and fun way! We will be auctioning off clumps of tubers for flowers of all sizes, shapes, and colors. What is available depends on what is brought in. Members are encouraged to bring in any clean, dry clumps to donate to the club. Both show varieties and cut flower varieties are welcome. Please have them labeled with variety name and description. If you have a picture, all the better, although we can try to pull up pictures online.
We will also discuss 2026 Membership renewals. Paper copies of the form will be available, but you can also print one at home, fill it out, and bring it to the meeting.
Payment for clump winnings as well as membership dues are payable by cash, check or credit card. And as always, snacks are always welcome.
