Thinking ahead to our next read:
**Don't want to make a suggestion? No problem!** Just write *PASS* on your piece of paper and pop it in the 'hat' instead.
Everyone is asked to bring along a book suggestion for the following month. Your suggestion must meet these criteria:
- Literary fiction
- Written by a male author
- A debut novel (you can check author and publication details on Fantastic Fiction: https://www.fantasticfiction.com/ )
- Must be available in all formats: print, eBook and audiobook. Amazon is a good place to check for this info.
Everyone’s suggestion will be written on a scrap of paper and put into a 'hat', and we’ll draw until only 1 is left to decide our next read.

At our 1st meeting, the group decided not to rule out or avoid a book because of its trigger or content warnings. Everyone is responsible for looking up any content they feel they need to be aware of and deciding for themselves whether they're comfortable reading the chosen book.
