Through the gentle, supportive practice of iRest®️ Yoga Nidra, you will be guided on an inner journey that welcomes all parts of your being; from stillness to emotion, with tenderness and curiosity.
The meditation is accompanied by the warm, grounding resonance of Himalayan singing bowls and gongs, creating a spacious field for healing, integration, and ease. No striving, no effort, simply rest and receive.
