Nottingham Landlord Event

With the rules and requirements for landlords continuing to change, understanding what’s coming is more important than ever. That’s why we’d love to welcome you to an evening designed to give you practical insight and the opportunity to see how we can support you through these changes and beyond.

Throughout the evening, our speakers from John Shepherd and FHP Living will share their views on the Nottingham property market, including where the market is heading and the opportunities currently emerging for landlords looking to grow their portfolios.

We’ll also take a closer look at the practical implications of the Renters’ Rights Act, PRS Database and wider compliance changes. This will be an opportunity to understand what the changes mean for you as a landlord, what you need to be aware of and how our teams can support you.

Our expert panel will then explore the Nottingham student market, sharing insight from their experience of working across the local market and answering questions from the audience.

We want the evening to be a useful opportunity to connect with you, understand the challenges you’re facing and demonstrate how we can support you in managing your property and making informed decisions about its future.

Alongside the talks and panel discussion, there will be time to meet the John Shepherd team, speak with our sponsors LOFT about furnishing and refreshing your property, and connect with fellow landlords over drinks.

Come with your questions and leave with clear answers, useful contacts and a better understanding of what’s ahead for your property.
