Two outstanding acts. One very special night!
Bromley Blues Club brings together two of the UK's most exciting blues acts for an evening of raw, soulful and hypnotic blues, taking you straight to the Mississippi Delta and the heart of the juke joint.
🎤 NOTHING IN RAMBLING
Featuring Sister Suzie and Andy Twyman, Nothing in Rambling celebrate the deep soul, infectious rhythms and stories of early blues. Drawing inspiration from legends such as Memphis Minnie, Blind Boy Fuller and Elmore James, they combine powerful vocals, superb guitar playing and a playful, spirited stage presence.
Their acclaimed debut album Live at Bush Hall received airplay on Cerys Matthews' BBC Radio 2 Blues Show, and the duo have performed at major festivals including Glastonbury, Red Rooster and Upton Blues Festival.
🎸 KASPAR & LUCY
Kaspar Berry Rapkin and Lucy Piper bring the raw, hypnotic energy of Mississippi Hill Country blues to the stage. Rooted in traditional blues but delivered with a fresh edge, their music captures the atmosphere and intensity of the legendary juke joints.
With Lucy's experience performing alongside blues artists on both sides of the Atlantic and Kaspar's reputation on the UK blues circuit, this is a duo with a genuine passion for keeping the blues alive.
Expect foot-stomping rhythms, soulful vocals, mesmerising guitar and an unforgettable celebration of authentic blues.
