I'm delighted to have been invited by the **Bristol Theosophical Society** to offer an experiential introduction to Family & Systemic Constellations on Tuesday 10 November.**Nothing exists in isolation.**
Just as a tree belongs to the woodland around it, we belong to families, communities and wider systems.
Family & Systemic Constellations offers a way of exploring belonging, relationships, and the patterns and unconscious influences that shape our place within families and wider systems.
Developed by Bert Hellinger, drawing on family therapy, phenomenology and influences from his time living among the Zulu people of South Africa, this approach invites us to look beyond the individual to the wider system.
In this 90-minute experiential introduction, I'll explore some foundational principles of the work, including the Orders of Love, belonging, balance, interdependence and radical inclusion.
Through simple exercises and demonstrations, we'll explore how relationships and systems can be experienced through the body, not only discussed or analysed.
There will be opportunities to participate, observe and ask questions. Participation is entirely optional, and no previous experience is needed.
