The Nostalgia Pride Picnic is a community-led advocacy initiative that is defined by inclusion, accessibility, and collective joy. Conceived as a return to the grassroots Pride gatherings of the 1990s, which began with a march and culminated in a communal picnic at Zoo Lake, the event offers an experience that decentralises commercialisation and protects its ownership by the community.Gather with us on the lawns at the Women's Jail at Constitution Hill.
11am - 6pm
Bring your picnic baskets, camp chairs, garden umbrellas, besties and let's spend the day in community.
