The doors of 20 artists’ studios will open across Norwich’s Golden Triangle this Autumn, giving visitors a rare chance to meet local artists, see where they work and discover the stories behind their art. Golden Triangle Open Studios takes place on 26 and 27 September and 3 and 4 October 2026, from 11am to 5pm, with studios located across the Golden Triangle area to the south-west of Norwich.
The event brings together an exciting mix of Norwich-based artists working across painting, photography, ceramics, printmaking, jewellery and multidisciplinary practices, using everything from natural materials to contemporary and modern techniques. For visitors, this is an opportunity to experience art in a very different way — not in a traditional gallery, but in the places where it is made. Visitors can meet the artists, look around their studios, ask questions about their techniques and inspiration, and purchase work directly from the makers.
The event is open to everyone, from regular art buyers and collectors to people who simply enjoy discovering something new. It also offers a great opportunity to explore the Golden Triangle while supporting independent local artists and makers. With 20 artists taking part across four days, visitors can choose their own route and discover studios, artwork and creative practices they may not otherwise encounter.
Golden Triangle Open Studios trail maps will be available in all studios, online at: https://www.rosebrettinghamceramics.com/openstudios and, at selected venues. More information about the event and regular updates can be found on Instagram: @goldentriangleopenstudios
