40 years ago, Bob McKerrow, Bob Mantell, Geoff Caroll, Richard Weber, Paul Schurke, Brent Boddy, Ann Bancroft, and Will Steger completed a historic landmark in polar exploration. This is an incredible story of strength, perseverance, and teamwork that has ignited the imagination of the country (and world). On Friday, October 9th (6-10 pm) come join us Ely's Historic State Theater for a screening of the North to the Pole National Geographic documentary, followed by a Q & A with expedition members, and then a dance party with Stony River! All proceeds benefit the theater for its 90th anniversary year. Tickets are $10 and will go fast so don't wait.
