North Storm is a Darwin-based Celtic roots show band bringing together traditional Celtic music with rock, blues and a distinctly Australian flavour. Mixing powerful songs, driving rhythms, whistles, bodhrán and plenty of audience participation, the band moves from atmospheric ballads and traditional favourites to original songs inspired by Australia, Scotland, Ireland and life in the Top End.With shanties, stories, humour and the occasional unexpected twist, North Storm isn’t about simply playing a set — it’s about putting on a show.
Raise your glass and come along for the storm.
