In this hands-on workshop, young bakers will learn how to create elegant French macarons completely from scratch—then transform them into adorable holiday reindeer filled with rich chocolate buttercream.
This is real baking with real technique. Students will work through each step of the macaron process, building skills while creating a festive treat they’ll be proud to show off (and eat!).
✨ In This Class, Students Will:
• Master the fundamentals of classic French macarons
• Learn key techniques like whipping meringue to stiff peaks and proper macaronage
• Pipe, rest, and bake macaron shells with smooth tops and signature “feet”
• Fill and assemble with chocolate buttercream
• Decorate festive reindeer designs with professional finishing touches
