Please read these helpful tips before your trip to the North Pole, especially if this is your first time. These details will help you plan your trip to NPX accordingly! NPX ELF TIPS
DIGITAL TICKETS:
You can search your e-mail for North Pole Experience - tickets will be from [email protected]. You will then download your digital tickets, or add them to your wallet.
CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED 45 MINUTES-TO AN HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR NORTH POLE EXPERIENCE DEPARTURE TIME.
It is VERY important you plan your arrival and travel accordingly during the winter season and plan for parking time.
Due to selling out and scheduling, if you miss your reservation, you can utilize the standby option by coming to Little America to check in and wait for the first available trolley that will seat your group.

The Little America Flagstaff is separately owned, and is the official NPX Trolley Departure Station. Just like a scene out of a favorite holiday movie, the Trolley Launch Station is located on Little America's 500 acres of beautiful, private forest decked out in over a million Christmas lights for the holiday season, making it the perfect backdrop for NPX guests.

NPX GIFT SHOP: We have all sorts of new items in the North Pole Experience gift shop this year! Please feel free to visit at the Little America Hotel during your stay in Flagstaff. It's best to visit the workshop after you check in for your experience or after you get back from the workshop. NPX Christmas Ornaments are available in our gift shop located at Little America. If you take them to the workshop with you, the elves will autograph them!
RESERVATION CHANGES: While we understand many of you are traveling to NPX in groups, or have friends/family attending NPX the same night, we are not able to switch or move your reservation to a different tour time the night you arrive.
If you need to make reservation changes prior to arriving, please follow the steps below.
While North Pole Experience tickets are non-refundable upon purchase, if modifications or exchanges need to be made you can do so online. Please note that each time a ticket is modified a $4.95 non-refundable rebooking fee is applied.
To claim your account, please use the email associated with your ticket order to log in. Once you have created a password and logged in change your reservation date/time, and transfer your tickets to another person. Please Note: If you choose to downgrade your tickets, you will NOT receive a refund for the price difference as our tickets are non-refundable. If you have an existing order with ADA accommodations and need to make an edit to your order, please email us at [email protected].
Exchanges must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before your departure date and must be made for the same operating season.
Ticket changes/modifications are subject to availability and are limited to making changes to your travel date/time or transferring your tickets to someone else.
Each time a ticket is modified a $4.95 non-refundable rebooking fee is applied.

STROLLERS:
Small strollers and small personal items are permitted and will be stored underneath the trolley buses during your travel to the North Pole and Santa’s Workshop. Upon arrival, your trolley driver will retrieve your stroller for you to take inside the workshop and will stow it away for you again on your ride back to the hotel. No personal items or strollers may be left on the trolley throughout your tour. Large strollers or wagon-style strollers are not permitted. If you have a non-ticketed infant, they are considered a lap child for the bus ride to and from Santa’s Workshop and must ride on an adult’s lap.
BRING THOSE CAMERAS! Memories are all yours at NPX. Photography is allowed throughout the entire workshop, so make sure to charge those cameras and bring extra batteries and plenty of memory. In addition, you will have complimentary photos taken with Santa and your family which will be given to you at the workshop.
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
If you purchased Breakfast with Santa, it will take place at the Little America hotel in the Flagstaff room the following morning after your NPX tour. Breakfast with Santa is open seating from 7:00-11:00am. NPX Christmas Ornaments are available in our gift shop located at Little America. If you take the ornament with you to breakfast, Santa will sign it!

At NPX, safety is our #1 priority for a fun experience. That includes our guests arriving safely to Flagstaff…SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD! Road conditions can vary by the weather conditions. We encourage our NPX guests to check road conditions prior to their departure via 511 and make sure you adjust your trip timing if winter weather is present! When snow is present, front wheel drive is highly recommended and four wheel drive is strongly recommended. Flagstaff is a designated ski resort city at 7,200 feet in altitude.
(DRESS/ATTIRE) FOR NPX:
Order those Christmas pajamas!! Be prepared for wintery conditions and colder weather. You should dress appropriately as if you were traveling to a ski resort destination. For the NPX Experience Trip, children are encouraged to dress in pajamas with boots or shoes. Remember, these are memories that last a lifetime on those cameras! The trolleys are heated, and families will only be outside for a few minutes to board/depart the trolley as they knock on the doors of Santa's Workshop. Once inside Santa's factory, children can roll up their pajama sleeves and work side-by-side with Santa's elves to build toys with the elves!
