About this Event
When Everything Feels Like Too Much
Sometimes life feels overwhelming. You may be juggling responsibilities, navigating change, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply unsure where to begin.
You don't have to figure everything out at once.
NORTH — NAVIGATE is a 90-minute guided workshop designed to help you better understand emotional overwhelm, recognize what you may need, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and intention.
Rather than focusing on fixing everything, this workshop creates space to reconnect with yourself, explore what's happening beneath the overwhelm, and discover practical ways to navigate your next steps.
What You'll Explore
- Understanding overwhelm: Recognize how emotional overwhelm can affect your thoughts, feelings, and ability to make decisions.
- Checking in with yourself: Explore where you are emotionally and what may be contributing to feeling stuck or disconnected.
- Identifying your needs: Practice recognizing what you need without judgment, guilt, or pressure.
- Finding your direction: Learn practical tools for creating clarity and making choices that align with your needs.
- Taking the next step: Leave with one meaningful, realistic action you can take in your own life.
Who Is This Workshop For?

Meet Your Facilitator: Lindsey Cartwright
Nearly ten years ago, Lindsey found herself struggling with her own health after experiencing several traumatic life events. She felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to explain what she was going through. That experience inspired her to deepen her understanding of health and ultimately earn her BA in Alternative Health.
As Lindsey continued her own journey, her goal became helping others reconnect with themselves and develop practices that support their wellbeing in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
Today, through her practice, Inner Compass Coaching, Lindsey offers personal coaching through individual client sessions and guided workshops. She brings her experience and approach to the Facing Giants community, creating opportunities for self-reflection, personal growth, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Teaching the skills to care for yourself—for life.
