What is the North First Street Redevelopment Project?
The North First Street Redevelopment Project will deliver new affordability housing, along with open space amenities. The project seeks to create an integrated residential campus that includes 1510 North First Street, a separate permanent supportive housing project led by the Santa Clara County Housing Authority.
