Nora's Will (2008) is a Mexican dark comedy-drama that follows the aftermath of Nora's meticulous suicide just before the Passover holiday, which forces a five-day delay in her burial due to religious laws. Her atheistic ex-husband, José, is reluctantly tasked with managing her body and hosting her religious family, a rabbinical student, and her devoted housekeeper in her apartment. As José uncovers hidden secrets about Nora's past, he realizes that the entire situation was part of a brilliant, final master plan she engineered from beyond the grave to force her estranged loved ones together and bring closure to their fractured relationships.
