New to nonprofit work? This half-day training gives new staff the foundation they need to feel confident in the work and take on the hard parts of the job.
Attn: Executive Directors, Supervisors, and HR staff - Onboarding takes time you may not have. Nonprofit Professional Foundations covers the essentials so your newest team members come back ready to contribute to the success of your mission.
Participants will learn to:
- Navigate the nonprofit sector
- Communicate effectively and receive feedback with confidence
- Use trauma-informed practices
- Manage workplace stress
Who should attend: Staff with 0–2 years in nonprofit or human services work, in any role.
