Join the for a free Nonprofit NetWalk at Mission Beach sponsored by Hairpin Consulting! This event offers a wonderful opportunity to build meaningful connections with fellow nonprofit professionals, funders, board members, and community leaders while enjoying the beautiful San Diego coastline. Attendees will also learn about FDD's upcoming Season of Sharing holiday celebration and ways to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout San Diego and Imperial County.
We will be joined by Foundation leadership, board members, and supporters who are passionate about creating a more inclusive community for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Enjoy great conversations, fresh ocean air, and valuable networking opportunities while supporting a mission that changes lives.

Location: Belmont Park, 3146 Mission Blvd., San Diego, CA 92109
Meet in front of the iconic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park.
Parking: Belmont Park's main parking lot and surrounding Mission Beach public lots are available. Limited street parking may also be available in nearby neighborhoods. We recommend allowing extra time for parking, especially on Friday mornings and during beach season.
Directions: For detailed directions, parking information, and transportation options, please visit Getting Here | Belmont Park. Upon arriving at Belmont Park, make your way to the front entrance of the park and proceed to the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. Foundation staff will gather in front of the roller coaster and be available to help direct attendees.
Who Can Attend: Nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, funders, board members, community advocates, corporate partners, and anyone interested in supporting the intellectual and developmental disability community.
Difficulty Level: Easy. The walk will follow a flat, paved route along the Mission Beach boardwalk with beautiful ocean views. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen.
Notes: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow time to park and check in. Bring your own water bottle and dress comfortably for the weather. Following the walk, attendees are invited to stay and continue networking over a complimentary lunch provided by the Foundation for Developmental Disabilities.
