Come hang out with us for Pause + Reset: A Community Sound Bath — a super chill, no-pressure way to hit pause and just breathe for a little while.
We always try to make our community gatherings a whole vibe. Cozy, grounding, and full of good energy.

What to bring:

• Comfy clothes you can relax in

• A yoga mat or camp chair to sit or lie down on (we’ll be on wood floors)

• A small pillow for your head and/or knees

• A blanket to make your own cozy little space and find that perfect body temperature

Come and take a moment for yourself. Know you are welcome exactly as you are.
