Rural Tapes (NO)
Norwegian composer and multi-instrumentalist Arne Kjelsrud Mathisen, aka Rural Tapes, visits us as part of his European tour celebrating the release of Alien Territories Vol. 2.
His music moves between psychedelic krautrock, ambient, analogue electronics and cinematic soundscapes, full of warm textures, hypnotic repetitions and slowly unfolding melodies.
For this solo performance, he brings tape machines, dictaphones and synthesizers, exploring improvisation, ambient and drone music.

Jonas Torstensen / Afvikling Kassetter (DK)
A familiar presence in Copenhagen's experimental underground, Jonas Torstensen is a musician and the person behind Afvikling Kassetter, a DIY label dedicated to handmade cassette releases and peculiar musical discoveries.
His own prolific musical output wanders through detuned piano improvisations, field recordings, dusty tape collages, melancholic folk and rough organic drones.
Fragile, intimate and beautifully imperfect music, where quiet moments and unexpected sounds are equally important.

(s)lipbalm is a songwriter who draws on folk-tradition, chamber-music & experimental pop. for this performance, (s)lipbalm has carefully selected and reshaped songs for the location of Brønshøj Vandtårn. the songs are dedicated to everyone who is currently on the streets fighting fascism in all its forms, all around the world.
