You are invited to nocturne, an exhibition of contemporaryjewellery and objects by the Jewellers and Metalsmith’s Group of Australia - Queensland Chapter (JMGQ).
The artists were challenged to create works that explore concepts
and stories related to the night. You will discover works that
traverse a variety of perspectives, from personal narratives to
scientific angles, cultural experiences and poetic responses.
JMGQ offers networking opportunities for the advancement of the
crafts of jewellery and metalsmithing as artistic forms. The annual
members’ exhibition showcases new works, featuring traditional
as well as innovative approaches to materials and techniques.
